My dongle was working until 3 days ago. I got the \'blue screen of death\' and when my laptop restarted, the dongle stopped working. There are no drivers to download on huawei website for this dongle.
It starts automatically and goes to website 192.168.8.1. When it gets there, I get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on Chrome and website unavailable on Microsoft EDGE. When I ping the address 192.168.8.1, there are no errors. I have tried the following: • hardware troubleshoot option and it didn\'t find any errors.

Restart the computer. If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps: • Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”. • In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth • Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
